Why should I take an AirPerks mobile plan?
Can I keep my old number? How do I port my old phone number?
Yes! To take over your phone number to your new mobile plan you just need a PAC code. In the UK, number porting allows you to move your mobile number from one network to another seamlessly using a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code). This process is regulated by Ofcom to ensure it is fast and free of charge.
You can always request a PAC code from your old operator. By law, your old operator is required to offer you a PAC code request via phone, email or the website. When signing up to AirPerks mobile you can port in your old phone number directly within the sign up process after installing the eSim or you have 7 days to put in the PAC code via the Portal / Dashboard. After that period, you need to reach out to our support to make the porting happen.
How can I request a PAC or STAC code to take my phone number to another provider?
We are sorry to see you moving to a new provider but fully support your migration. The easiest way to request a PAC code to migrate your number is to send an SMS with “PAC” to 65075 or write our support chat in AirPerks that you would like to receive a PAC code. If you already have a new mobile plan and want to port your phone number over, you need a PAC code. If you just want to delete your phone number, you need a STAC code.
How do I get the PAC or STAC code?
Our recommended and easiest way to get your PAC or STAC code is to send an SMS with the word “PAC” to the number 65075. Alternatively, you can open the support chat in AirPerks and ask for a PAC code. The assistant will automatically authenticate your account and give you the needed PAC code.
Any other alternative way of requesting a PAC/STAC code need additional authentication. You can write an PAC/STAC request per email to PAC-STAC@airperks.app or can call this number +448081609410 to request your PAC or STAC code. In both cases you will be asked to verify yourself to ensure you are only requesting codes for the number that belongs to you.
